Move is part of the FONK150, the list of lists that includes the best agencies in the Netherlands. The result is an average final grade of 8.77 and named the most creative agency in the digital category. At the basis of the FONK150 is the Bureau Customer Satisfaction Survey that market research agency Multiscope conducts on behalf of FONK. Again this year, Move's clients were approached and asked about our cooperation. We are extremely proud of the feedback and scores, it shows us where we excel and where we can improve.
FONK compiles the list annually based on a large-scale survey of various agencies in the Netherlands. This year, for the first time, a list of 150 agencies was published instead of the usual 100. The independent research among clients of the agencies in the FONK150 asks about creativity and effectiveness, among other things. Based on these figures, the final list is determined. And it is determined which agencies of the Netherlands perform best not only on client satisfaction, but also on the courage to innovate, have a nice client portfolio and a good media presence. Move scores very high on Deployment & Service (9.13), creativity (9), sparring partner (8.9), relationship management (9.13) and satisfaction overall (9.13).
'We are very proud of the final result and that we have once again been included in the FONK150. The 9 for creativity which makes us the best in our category, the 8.9 we score as a sparring partner and the 9.1 for commitment & service is a great compliment for our teams, because it represents everything we stand for. A partnership with our clients that really moves them forward.' Robert Kosse, CEOMove
FONK Red Alert
In addition to the FONK150 list, FONK also publishes the FONK Red Alert. The FONK Red Alert elaborates on the results from the customer satisfaction survey. And here, too, we are featured. In addition to mentions of other participating agencies, all scores are provided here. The FONK Red Alert will be published later this year.
