Move4Mobile (now Move) was featured on the RTL Z program How it's Done on Saturday. Among other things, the broadcast was about the mobile app that Move4Mobile created for grid operator Enexis. How it's Done takes a weekly look behind the scenes of successful companies with the aim of informing and inspiring viewers. The same goes for Move4Mobile. CEO Robert Kosse talks about how Move4Mobile operates, his ambitions for the future and the FD Gazelle award, which Move4Mobile won three years in a row.
The broadcast also talks about the collaboration with grid operator Enexis, for which Move4Mobile created the 'Enexis Digital Work Folders' solution. Thanks to that solution, employees of the Enexis department in Emmen no longer have to lug around work folders. A tablet is enough. It used to happen that employees, who fix energy failures on location, had to return to the office each time to pick up the right work folder.
Now they can access all the information they need through the app, including the weekly schedule and other internal assignments. Even filling out forms is now done digitally. Once completed, these can also - if WiFi internet is available - be sent directly to the central server. Enexis thus manages to save an enormous amount of time.
The mobile solution is so well liked by Enexis, it turns out. The company says it is open to deploying the app for their other branches as well.
