After a solid pitching process, Partou selected Move as its mobile partner. The child care organization offers care at over 700 locations in the Netherlands in the age categories 0 to 4 years and 4 to 13 years. This makes it the largest Dutch player in the market. Partou is growing fast and foresees even more growth in the coming years. These developments call for a strong digital transformation and the development of a mobile first platform as a centerpiece in the various journeys of Partou.
Optimal customer and employee experienceÂ
Partou's mission is to move generations forward. Its ambition is to be the best rated childcare provider. Within that framework, the organization wants to support and help parents (the client) as much as possible in their contact with Partou. The processes should be as simple and clear as possible for employees too.Â
Therefore, the main objective of the partnership is the realization of an optimal customer and employee experience. Anyone who wants or needs something from Partou can use one of the apps or the web portal, which have yet to be developed. Relevant, mobile solutions, offering the right content at the right time.
We're going to build the new platform from scratch, which our team is extremely excited about. This enables us to use contemporary techniques. It also offers many opportunities and room for creativity and quality. In the new apps, for example, various data streams come together in a system independent gateway developed by Move. This is a working method that we have used for relationships with a complex data structure before.Â

During the pitching process it became clear that Move and Partou are a good fit for each other. This is evident in different aspects of the cooperation, on a tactical, strategic, operational and relational level. It calls for a solid, sustainable and multi-year partnership. That's why we work scaled agile with teams operating at different levels in the organization. In addition, Partou's internal IT team and supplier network play a key role in the process. Like us, they are incredibly motivated to make the partnership a success and to develop the very best product together. At the start of the process this is already visible. For example in the alignment of all the different roadmaps.Â
