Uitgekookt launches new app

The new app speeds up, simplifies and improves the ordering process. Want to know more? Then read on.

'Our ordering process is complex because there is always a relationship between delivery days, availability and zip codes. In our case, customers must first choose a delivery time because we are dealing with a limited stock of fresh products. Move has mastered this in a short time and helped the customer - despite all the exceptions - to set up a tight order flow, in which we, together with partners in front- and backend, have taken a big step forward.'

In addition to the order flow, we also tackled other elements of the customer journey. For example, customers can now first scroll through the available meals in the app at their leisure, without having to immediately choose a delivery time. We also tackled the integration of the app into the technical landscape. This provides Uitgekookt with valuable insights on how the app is performing and offers the opportunity to make adjustments. In short, with the new app, Uitgekookt is ready to serve its customers even better. We are very much looking forward to the further development of the app and the continuation of the cooperation with Uitgekookt and its partners.
