Digital Strategist

As a Digital Strategist you will have a versatile role in which you will be deployed in two main areas. On the one hand, you support commercial processes. This involves translating client challenges into creative solutions. You carefully prepare customer meetings by fully immersing yourself in the domain in which the customer operates. Whether it is a bank, an energy supplier or another sector, you thoroughly analyze what is going on. You collect and process information to get a clear picture of the customer's needs and challenges. You then work on convincing (digital) solutions that not only make it clear how a problem can be solved, but also show what benefits this brings to the customer.

In addition, you play an essential role in supporting existing customers. You not only help them clarify their needs, but also know how to translate them into concrete solutions. With a creative and analytical approach, you turn data and research reports into valuable insights and strategic advice. This often revolves around inspiring the client and formulating a vision that supports their digital ambitions. Sometimes this leads to a detailed roadmap with functional solutions, while in other cases it's about a broader, strategic direction that helps define the customer demand more sharply.

You are someone who gets energy from unraveling complex issues and coming up with creative solutions. Analytically strong and with a keen eye for detail, you know how to fathom dry material and turn it into relevant information. Reading research reports and finding valuable insights is a challenge you enjoy. 

Working on multiple projects simultaneously is not a problem for you. Switching between projects and quickly responding to different client needs gives you energy. You never lose sight of the commercial interests of our organization, while working closely with your team to achieve the best results.

In this role, you will have the space to fully use your creativity and strategic insight. You will work with a wide range of clients in various sectors, making no two days the same. Combining freedom to innovate with structured collaboration within our team makes this position challenging and inspiring. You are proactive and do not wait, but take the initiative to get things moving. You know how to find your way independently, make use of the qualities of the people around you and actively seek cooperation to come up with the best solutions.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong communication skills
• A high sense of responsibility and results-oriented
• Good command of the Dutch and English languages
