Move Agency (140fte) is seeking an interim HR Director to replace a maternity leave from mid-June through October for 24 hours per week.
You have at least 5 years of HR experience and know what it is like to manage a team. The P&C team includes driven and eager to learn colleagues who want to achieve successes together and grow the organization. Local responsibility is #1, but you also have a responsibility together with the other markets (Denmark and Sweden) to take on international projects. Locally this means that you are visible in both locations (Amsterdam and Zwolle). You actively participate in achieving the goals of the operational teams. You set clear priorities for yourself, you determine where you put your energy and you therefore respond effectively to changing circumstances within the organization.
As a person you are a team player, communicatively strong and you have a structured way of working. You are pragmatic, enthusiastic and approachable. The hourly rate is negotiable.
