Yes, we are really there! 2 times even! In the Emerce100!
This has been on our wish list for a while, but now it has actually happened: we are in the Emerce100! How awesome! After all, we may think we are doing a good job ourselves, but it is even nicer when this is independently recognized. That makes us happy and keeps us on our toes. Because in addition to us, every year many agencies compete for this coveted spot.
Not 1, but 2 times in the e-list of e-lists
For the sixteenth time, Emerce magazine is releasing the Emerce100, a special annual publication in which companies within online marketing, ICT and e-business are assessed on their image. This assessment is based on a survey conducted by independent Emerce readers who use the services of companies in the industry. The market is expanding rapidly, so is the number of companies working in it. This year 998 companies participated, 15% more than last year. So increasingly difficult to get noticed. But we are just there, twice even!
How scores are arrived at
The companies were rated using 55 categories. Respondents indicate which categories they can rate and then the relevant companies are shown for each category. The ranking of importance is determined based on four criteria, rated on a scale of 1 to 7:
- Knowledge/ know-how
- Value for money
- Reliability
- Flexibility
To avoid competition, respondents cannot rate companies that fall within the same category in which they themselves operate.
Number 1 of mobile agencies
Not only have we secured a spot, we're even at the top! The place where we want to be and where we want to stay: the best mobile agency in the Netherlands.
Robert Kosse, our CEO: "Really fantastic that we all managed to pull this off together. We work hard every day for this, for the trust and appreciation of our customers. Because of course we owe these scores to that. It also shows that the mobile market is maturing. That there is an increasing need for parties of sufficient size to be able to handle the more serious assignments as well. Congratulations to all the agencies in the top 100!"
Number 5 on NPS
The Net Promoter Score (NPS) is determined by the extent to which respondents would recommend the companies, on a scale of 0 to 10, to friends or colleagues. Responses are categorized into detractors, passives and promoters. The final formula is NPS = percentage of promoters - percentage of detractors. The fact that we ranked number 5 out of all those hundreds of companies is therefore truly amazing!
